and then you will have to go to bowerstone market keep running and you will see stairs go down the stair take a right and there should be a guy with a submarine there talk to him after you dowloaded the map or you could press x when you talk to him and you will download them but before you get your dog back you will have to do all the quest.

After the quest go to the cosmetics shop and then go down the stairs on your right and get someone you dont like to follow you and then get them to go in in the little black house with the do on top and pull the lever and the person thats in there dies and you get your dog back.
